What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their item, provided it is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at tanahm.proff@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I am located in the European Union?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
